Located in Duck and snuggled among seaside oaks and sea grass, "Ocean View" is an inviting family vacation home providing sea views through its many Oceanside windows. Direct NC sunshine along the coast can be intense and overwhelming, especially after a few days if you are not use to it. Enjoy a very natural look with bushes and unmanicured live oak trees that provide nice break spots with shade, there is still plenty of sunshine. The shade is a nice relief if you have sunburn or just need a break. The cul-de-sac really opens up the free space and views of the great room common deck to observe Pelicans and Ospreys flying high in the air. The great room with new leather sectional invites everyone to gather for good times. Located in the cul-de-sac off Caffey's Inlet Hamlet, just a few minutes from the Village of Duck, "Ocean View" provides easy access to the ocean and sound, as well as a wide variety of activities in the area. Duck Village offers jogging paths, sidewalks and soundside board walks to locally owned family shops and restaurants. Enjoy an evening out with family and friends! "Ocean View" is a semi-oceanfront home, situated on a corner lot at the end of the cul-de-sac directly across from the beach access!

Inside you'll find a King Semi-Private Master Bedroom with patio access that shares the bathroom with the game room with TV, foosball table, Queen Sleep Sofa and slider access to the mini sports field.

Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and private deck, Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and deck access, Bedroom with Bunk Set and Single, full hall bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and private deck, great room with ocean views, flat-screen TV, leather sectional & recliners and stereo, half bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 10 with access to an ocean view deck with picnic table.

Caffeys Inlet offers a community Sound front lot and board walk with stair for lifting a light-weight kayak or canoe to access the Currituck Sound and protected marsh to observe sea life, for young kids to observe juvenile small fish, dig fresh water clams and to crab and fish or just flat around watching incredible sunsets.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the Beach Access directly across the street from this home (Carroll Drive community beach access). Look for a Brindley Beach tag on the umbrella with property number CI1. Weather permitting they will be set up from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great location close to town (an easy 10 minute bike ride-we biked almost every day into town for dinner & ice cream). House is set up great for families with lots to do.
