Perfect Getaway

One of the best experiences we've had. Everything was clean and neat. All the things we needed were readily available, plus small creature comforts, like Aloe in the fridge for those post beach day recoveries. We were just a short walk from the beach and could still see the water from the patio. Host communication was well above average. Even sending me the tide charts! Fantasic stay. Will definitely be back here again!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. Condo was excellently appointed and super clean, and the hosts were marvelous. The beach is uncrowded and not commercialized at all and not a loud, party scene. Less than a mile away, you can drive your vehicle right on the beach for a relaxing day of fishing and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

We had a great time, however, we were unaware of the high tides which would cover the steps to the beach. It would have been great if grandchildren were not staying. Just something I would consider next time.

Best Family Vacation!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful family vacation. The condo was adorable. It was neat and clean and had more than what we were expecting. The hosts were so sweet and so accommodating to our family. I had a pleasure of meeting Beth and Bill, who were an absolute joy. When high tide comes in, it does reach the stairs that lead out to the beach. However, this was no issue for us because just a short distance away from our condo you can find beach access areas. We had some rough weather on our last day. We had the best time staying inside the condo playing all kinds of board games with our family. We would love to stay again for a second family vacation thank you Bill and Beth for an awesome week.

Best family vacation!

The condo was absolutely adorable. It was meat and clean and fully stocked of everything you would need. We didn’t wanna leave. At high tide, the water does come all the way up to the stairs of the beach access however, this was no issue for our family because a short distance away is another access point to the beach where you have Plenty of room for your beach chairs and your picnic blankets. The sunsets were breathtaking due to the high tide. The sun glistened off the waters, and it looked magical. We ran into some rough weather on our last day. However, the home also comes with many family-friendly games. We had the time of our lives. I was able to meet the hosts the day I checked in and they were so sweet and accommodating to our family. Thank you, Beth and Bill for an amazing family vacation.

Quiet Family Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised. The house was clean, stocked with amenities needed including toiletries, coffee, cleaning supplies, and popsicles for my 5 year old. That really touched me that she thought of him. The owners are friendly, and communitive. There is private beach access, plenty of parking, very quiet, and family friendly. We will definatly be back!

Wow! Right on the beach and a cute and comfy condo!

This space was cute and comfy, we love the extra beds so all grown ladies had plenty of space. We met our hosts the last night on the beach and they were sweet and welcoming in person too!

We were nothing but thrilled with our stay! The condo was well kept, comfortable, and it's location could not be beat! Just steps to the beach, so lugging all of the "necessary" beach supplies for a toddler was a breeze! Can't wait to come back!

North Topsail Condo

I was disappointed because the unit wreaked of mildew. There were areas of visible mold in the master bathroom. The entire unit was extremely humid, and the wall unit air conditioners could not keep up with removing the humidity. In addition, the master bedroom was noisy especially when the unit would cut off making sleeping difficult. We didn’t receive a dehumidifier until the day before we left which helped but unfortunately it just wasn’t enough. All of our clothing smelled like mildew when we returned home. The second bedroom was very tight for our 3 children. The trundle bed was gross as it had stains on it. On a positive note, it was a nice quiet location. Getting to the nearest grocery store was at least a 15-20 drive but was fine. The kitchen was well equipped. I hope the owners have made made changes. I would not return to this unit again.

Excellent Host and Amazing Stay!

We received a warm welcome and our stay was amazing! Beth, Bill, and Moe are amazing hosts...communication was fast and they made accommodations for my family that were above and beyond! Their place was cozy, convenient, and super cute. They provided all the necessities and some for our visit! I loved being able to walk out the door and going straight to the beach. I can't wait to go back soon! Thanks!

Hidden treasure at North Topsail

This was the perfect place for our “Mommy Vacay”! The rental was clean, comfortable, well decorated and had a beautiful view from the master and side porch. Just steps away from the beach! Beth was super nice and accommodating, the rental was even stocked with all the touches of home and toiletries. We will definitely come back when us moms get to flee the coupe again!

School’s Out

Last minute idea to vacation at the ocean after school was out for the summer lead to the discovery of this condo. The place suited us just right. Five women for a short stay maximized on area restaurants, shopping and beach walking. The condo was supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. I’d encourage others to stay here.

Delightful getaway

We had never been to this part of North Carolina, typically stayed in the Outer Banks. We booked a last minute week away over Labor Day weekend and wondered if it would be crowded or crazy. The beaches were so quiet- a few families dotted along the shoreline, and that was it. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The property managers live down the street and were great- they checked in with us, gave us recommendations for food, and made sure we had everything we needed. This part of the beach us quiet and lovely.

Couldn't have been happier with this place! From the location, to the decor, to the owner's communication and the condo's cleanliness, everything was great. Love the beach in this area. So peaceful. Not a lot of hustle and bustle, which is exactly what we wanted. A very beautiful area. And the condo was great. Had everything you could possibly need and more. Loved the little touches the owner leaves such as toiletries, trash bags and toilet paper. Not all rentals will do that! And Beth, the owner, was so great with her communication from beginning to end. We will most definitely look for this place again when we return!

Beautiful Ocean View! Highly recommend

We had such a great experience staying here! You have a gorgeous ocean view from the Master bedroom and the living room. The condo is clean and decorated so well! The only small issue we ran into was the beach area outside of the building, not the condo itself! There's hardly any beach area to lay out in front of the building, so you'll have to go down the beach a little ways to find a spot to sit out. Beth and Bill were so sweet and accommodating. They dropped off extra supplies when we ran out, and were just a quick text away. We will definitely consider staying here again during our next trip to Topsail!
