Located in the heart of OCMD, Ocean Colony is a fabulous Community that not only offers a great Location, but also has a luxurious Outdoor Pool to relax by after a fun-filled day on the Beach. Ocean Colony 8 sleeps 10 in 4 beautifully appointed Bedrooms. With a wonderful Open Layout, you can spend time with those who matter most without ever feeling crowded. Park under the Carport, kick off your shoes, and let the fun begin! Wandering up to the 1st Floor, you'll absolutely love the gorgeous Bamboo Floors and serene Coastal Colors. Relax in the Living Area with Rich Colors, Comfy Furnishings, Flat Screen Cable TV, and Free WiFi. The Ocean Views, even from the Sofa, are simply stunning. You'll love relaxing on the huge Lower Deck and listening - and watching - the waves crashing on the Beach. The Deck is furnished with a High End Dining Set and a few Bar Height Adirondacks, making it an awesome place to hang out any time of the day. 

Just off the Living Area is the Well-Stocked Kitchen with Gleaming Granite Countertops, some Stainless Appliances, and a Breakfast Bar - the perfect place for a quick bite before hitting the Beach or the Pool. For more formal meals, dine in the spacious Dining Area, or on the Deck Al-Fresco - talk about dining with a View! Just off the Dining Area, double doors lead to the Master Bedroom with Private Bayside Balcony.  Adorned in Sunny Yellow and Pale Blue, it's both Beachy and Modern. The Master Bath has Solid Surface Counters, and lovely Tile in the Walk-in Shower. 

Wandering upstairs, you'll find 2 more beautifully decorated Bedrooms and another Full Bath. The Ship Blank Board Ceilings throughout Ocean Colony 8 are reminiscent of a North Carolina Beach House, and add so much charm. Finally, on the 3rd Floor is one the coolest Rooms in Ocean Colony 8. This room spans the entire upper floor, and is also a Master Suite. With a Queen Bed, Sitting Area, Flat Screen Cable TV, and Private Oceanfront Balcony, everyone will want to be here!
