Why they chose this property
There are not many big sized condominium units in Chiang Mai so finding this large unit on a high floor in a top location seemed for us the chance to offer an extraordinary way of staying in Chiang Mai. We put a lot of extra detail in the renovation so you will find interiors that surpass most of Chiang Mai's condominiums.
What makes this property unique
There are many houses available for rent in Chiang Mai but none will offer the views and the charm of this unit, where groups and families can gather, share meals and retreat to their own bedrooms whenever they feel like it.
Sleeping rooms feature double glass French style windows for better sound protection (not because this apartment is particularly noisy, but we know how beneficial quiet rooms for sleep are). Bedrooms are equipped with high quality pocket spring mattresses for undisturbed sleep.
We paid much attention to create a unique kitchen and dining area including a hand crafted teak wood table where everyone can gather around.
A big western style sofa ensemble will offer enough space for the whole group to sit together and share their experiences and plan the next days activities.
