The summer house is a great property with an easy walking distance of downtown Charlevoix. It's very clean and very well appointed with really all the supplies you could need. Honestly one of the best supplied vrbo's I have stayed at. Michael is a great host. It was a wonderful stay.

Amazing spot to stay!

I can't recommend this property enough! We loved the place itself and how pleasant it was. Also a great location close to a ton of restaurants. Conveniently, this spot is in the same neighborhood as the Apple Fest, which was a huge bonus to the overall trip!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was great from the easy check-in all the way through check-out. The house was well stocked and we found pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, etc. This house is updated and it also has a lot of charm and privacy. It’s an easy walk to the local shops and restaurants and a short drive to many golf courses and a few pickle ball courts too. The owner really stays on top of things and is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT LOCATION!

Michael is an incredible host! He made our stay so comfortable and so easy. He has put so much care into having everything at your fingertips. His home is impeccable with a great design style. He had a bottle of wine and a kind note welcoming us upon arrival. The location is amazing. His home sits on the top of the hill heading down into town. You can walk everywhere to eat and shop and the bay is right downtown as well. We had a great time.
