Please note: The owner's boat will be on the lift during your stay, and their trailer will be parked under the house, but there's still 30 feet of open dock for you and plenty of parking for your trailer and vehicles.



The primary guest must sign a rental agreement regardless of booking platform. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. One small pet permitted with manager approval and nonrefundable $250 pet fee. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150).



Guest Access:

Guests have the house to themselves.



The Neighborhood:

Breezeswept Beach Estates, a residential neighborhood, is on the ocean side of Ramrod Key, an island 27 miles from Key West. The island`s commerce includes two tiki bar/restaurants, dive shop, hotel, gas station Cuban cafe/grocery and mini golf course.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. There is a city bus that runs from Key West to Marathon several times a day. The Lower Keys have limited taxi service and Uber/Lyft.
