House very well located in one of the best districts of Cabo Frio the rocket, between Arraial do Cabo and also very close to the center of Cabo Frio. Very cozy house in a very familiar street. With American kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with independent entrance, in a very quiet cul-de-sac with own parking. The neighborhood also has night surveillance with total security and practicality to reach all beaches.
