The property is situated in one of the most beautiful regions of the lakes region, our beautiful and tourist town of Cabo Frio.
Our beach (Rocket) offers us comfort and safety with our friends and family, because it is a beach well reserved for its residents and visitors.
Therefore, we do not have overcrowding, to the point of losing them of our sight.
In addition to this security, guests can rely on a residential structure, offering comfort in their accommodation, a large room with accessibility for all, inside and outside except the pool that is on the upper level.
The house Alves & Oliveira, is composed of its dependencies:
Ground floor - Garage and balcony forming an L (where the smallest part is the front porch and the largest is the garage), outdoor garden area, bathroom with hot and cold shower and a GORGEOUS gourmet space with barbecue and wood oven pizza.
Internal space: Living room, four bedrooms (two suites), a social bathroom and tea kitchen.
Upper Level-- We have our pool with 65 M³ of water.
In its extension to the deck, with all its charm and comfort furnishings composed in this area.
In addition to a lush view of the pool space, privileged the lake, the sea and the extension of the beach of Foguete, arriving at Praia do Forte, where we can watch the fireworks at the turn of the year.
