BEWARE!!!! Nightmare management EXECUTIVE VILLAS FLORIDA
Beautiful condo but managed by the worst company I have ever dealt with and we have been coming to the area for over 10years. Never received check in info, it was finally emailed after two phone calls requesting it the day we started our drive. There was a binder with info for the condo but it is all outdated it talks about trash bins and a garage and there are neither at the property, you are supposed to sit your trash on the bench on the front porch to be picked up every morning. Had to clean trash off the porch daily from stray animals tearing it out. Dead and live Bugs everywhere had to vacuum up hundreds of them daily, my children even found a scorpion in the upstairs hall. The washer did not work the entire time and we rent with washers deliberately because we only pack clothes for 4 days and do laundry so I had to hand wash clothes our entire stay, there were also only 8 towels in the entire unit for 7 people and the pool. The garbage disposal did not work. The screen door that leads to the pool in the back the screen has been cut to unlock it from the outside. There was no key fob left for us to access facilities, I wasn’t even aware that one was needed until we tried to go swim at the pool and splash pad finally got one on the 3rd day of our stay after arguing on the phone and being expected to come after 12 to sign a waiver to pick up a key fob because apparently guests always lose them. This was the day we had already prepaid for SeaWorld tickets with fast passes, so I explained to them it cost me well over $1000 just for our tickets and I wasn’t going to waste 3 hours of our theme park day waiting until noon to pick it up. They finally agreed to have maintenance bring me one but deliberately left me waiting until noon anyway for him to bring it. There was wiring and mechanical boxes (router and other unknown boxes) hanging out of the wall in the laundry nook with in reach of my children. They also advertised it as a full kitchen with all utensils and there are barely any utensils or pans. No measuring cups/spoons mixing bowls baking pans etc just an FYI. I called maintenance the day that we arrived which was Saturday was told they would get the washer and other problems fixed they never showed. Sunday went to the pool couldn’t get in so I called their emergency line again and was told he could do nothing until Monday. Still waiting on response from VRBO, waited on property management manager to call me all week and they never did
