I would not recommend staying at this apartment. Upon arrival. The entryway needs some cleaning carpet was dirty walking up to the unit. Inside the unit, it was not clean very well. Kitchen counters were sticky. Remote control was covered in something and you didn’t even wanna pick it up. The kitchen cabinets were completely empty. There was no pot holders. Tea towels, utensils really of any kind. There was no stock of paper towels or tissues. The coffee bar needed to be refilled and stocked, the refrigerator was all covered in some kind of something. The bathrooms were cleaned and fairly updated the beds and their linens were disgusting. Pillows were very uncomfortable as well as mattresses. The bath towels were we’re shabby and need it to be replaced my group and I had to go out and buy cleaning products to wipe everything down from door knobs to handles to kitchen counters to the remote itself. Overall, very dissatisfied. Due to the condition and cleanliness of the place we actually vacated early. There was no communication binder or information log from the owner itself as far as how to check out, etc. however, I did reach out and did receive communication in a timely response. The place itself though does have good potential it needs to be taken care of much better.
