Our property is situated in a quite Cul De Sac street, with a one a one way entrance.
The entrance to the building has a security door and off street parking.
We are situated only three minutes walk to the Alfred Hospital and beautiful Fawlkner Park.
The apartment has a bedroom with a Queen size bed another bedroom with a single bed and we can put another single bed in an alcove.
European large kitchen,the bathroom has a shower over the bath ,Clothes dryer and a clothes Washining machine
