It’s a great house and location.

Overall we had an amazing stay. The house is modern, nice, well kept and well stocked. Having access to the two bikes was fun. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative are the mattresses. The master bedroom mattress is soft and slanted so your head is lower than your feet. We ended up putting our heads at the other end of the bed. . One if the singles is soft too. Otherwise everything was great. We had a wonderful stay.

Spring break happiness

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The furnishings were beautiful. The location was quiet. We enjoyed our morning walks throughout the neighborhood and along Tigertail beach. We enjoyed spending our afternoons around the pool. It had full sun each afternoon. The management team was quick to respond to any questions that came up. At one point we could not locate cutting boards or additional face cloths and they brought them to us promptly. Overall it was a pleasure staying at this property and experiencing all that Marco Island had to offer.

Great house

Marco Island isn’t our favorite because of the difficult access to the beach and long walk required at Tigertail beach. However, the house was excellent and the kitchen had all the supplies that we needed.

This property was excellent. We enjoyed the warm pool and there was plenty of seating. We hosted family Thanksgiving for 14+ very comfortably. Everything you need for cooking is there and ready to use. Looking forward to next time!!

The house was very nice, renovated well small but adequate pool. The description about its proximity to the beach was a little off. It was only a few minute walk to the parking lot to the beach however it was almost a 30 minute walk to the water. If one was to be carrying gear and chairs and a cooler this was not an option. Parking at the beach was between 15 and $20 a day which was irritating. Halfway through our first day at the house we learned that the washer was not operable. It wasn’t until Tuesday night that we were able to do laundry. The manager did respond quickly it was very helpful but it was still irritating not to be able to wash any clothes until Tuesday evening. On Wednesday afternoon my wife woke up from a nap with a cockroach in her hair. That evening we saw cockroaches in our bed and in our bedroom. We had seen them around the house but thought that it was a random instance. Overall our experience was marred. They did offer us a refund for a day. I am fairly certain that this would’ve been handled differently had we stayed at a hotel. Angela was excellent and respond quickly to all of our text and was very sweet. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Gorgeous Property and Location!

This rental did not disappoint! It was a stunning home and the pool overlooking the canal was a lovely respite late in the day after the beach. There were lots of fun games and activities available including a foosball table and giant connect 4 and scrabble. Great space for small families or couple of adults.

Lovely Vacation Home

We had a wonderful week in this home. The decor is new, soothing, comfortable and beautiful. The layout was ideal for our family, view was tranquil and the pool temperature was inviting. This was the perfect escape and none of us wanted to leave. We’ll be back!
