We loved our stay. Very clean and accurate description. We did take seniors with us, and we weren’t aware of the altitude effects. That would have been the case no matter where we stayed, so not this property’s fault, but definitely something to take into consideration! Loved our stay!!
Our family really enjoyed this lovely place. It was very private and had amazing views. We had a couple of small issues that needed to be attended to, and the owners and manager were both very quick to respond. And our boys loved the arcade game machine in the bunk room!
We would definitely come back.
Wonderful property with plenty of room. Would definitely stay again. I'm not sure it qualifies as a true ski out property as options are limited. Overall, it was great, though.
Just half a dozen houses down from the Burro trail offering “ski-out” to Breckenridge’s Beaver Run or Quicksilver lifts. Upper Warriors Mark shuttle from the Marriott made the trip back only 15 minutes or less including the wait at the pick-up point. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 kids. Spacious gear storage for skis. Garage is not very long - Wagoneer L did fit with inches to spare. Cook top not gas stove. Coupled with older pots and pans, there was some trouble cooking meals without coating the pan in oil / butter. Overall, a good stay in a great location.

Not a ski in/ski out as you may think
We travel often, been to Breck many times, and appreciate that you generally get what you pay for. Unfortunately, that is not the case here . We would rate it a 5 out of 10, but for the money we paid, 2 out of 10.
For twenty four thous for 6 nights, we expect clear and precise information about the accommodations. As advertised as ski in/ski out, we would not expect that to include more walking than just catching the free shuttle, but it did. Secondly, ski in is only available from an expert run. Both ski in and ski out options were not available while we stayed the last week of the year.
The house is actually a duplex, the bridge between the two is a part of the other duplex. Parking is terrible if you have more than 2 cars, and the duplex next door is occupied. We called property management twice during our stay to no avail. We had to knock on the neighbors door at least 3 times to have them move cars.
The kitchen is not great. No sharp knives, pots/pans are bottom of the barrel, the lighting can cause seizures, and no essentials you would expect.
Thermostats difficult to control consistently. No paid for cable TV. Beds were on par with a holiday-inn - old and not comfy.
The place was not clean in several areas when we arrived (e.g., old food found under couch in den; kitchen, several dishes, silverware, & pots were not clean).
View from den nice, shuttle schedule good. Prop Mgmt responds, but if you leave anything by accident, they will charge handling

Excelente!!!!!
Una estancia súper agradable , el jacuzzi a una temperatura excelente , lo que me encantó es que el transporte público lo encuentras a unos cuantos paso, el centro lo tenemos a 7 min pasamos una vacaciones excelentes
We loved the house! The location was perfect! You get great views & it is close to town, but feels far away! We had plenty of room for our group of 8 (adults & older teens). We enjoyed the hot tub, the games & the views the most! We would definitely stay again at this house (our kids have already asked to come back in the winter!). The kitchen is well stocked for all meals, the house gives you plenty of space, but fells very welcoming!
On site contact was very friendly & communicated quickly with questions we had. We had a fox come visit the property at dawn & dusk, that was fun to see. I would highly recommend this house!

Clean & Comfortable
Awesome Breck house for 3 families. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the bunk room and tabletop arcade. Kitchen was well equipped.
Overall, great. Many light bulbs out with no replacements to be found. Kleenex would have been nice. A note that this house is not handicap accessible should be in the description. But again, overall very nice.
Thanks
It was my first time to Breckenridge and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was fully equipped and clean when we arrived. Working with the management was very easy and enjoyable. The house was in a great location as it was only 6 minutes into the town. The only problem we had was with the plumbing. The hot water was scarce and a couple of shower handles need repairs. All in all for the price point it was an excellent home and besides a few small things I would definitely recommend it.
This house had everything we needed. It was a short drive to downtown, and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Absolutely breathtaking mountain views from the great room. The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. They really enjoyed the games during our downtime. We enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was in great working order. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this house.
