Who needs a golf cart when you are staying within walking distance to everything Surfside Beach has to offer? This 2nd row, 6 bedroom/6.5-bathroom beach house can comfortably accomodate up to 16 people. There are no hotels or high-rise buildings nearby so beach overcrowding is never an issue. Rare large private pool area with ample seating for 16, featuring outside shower, luxury brick pavers that are comfortable on bare feet, privacy fencing, spacious covered and uncovered outdoor areas. Additional features include a extra large balconies, a ground floor storage room with beach gear, gas grill, and 2 laundry areas for added convenience. Partial ocean views on the third story complete this meticulously-maintained beach rental. Less than a 60 second walk to the beach and a few blocks to Surfside Beach's entertainment district, including the newly built Surfside Pier. This stretch of Surfside has no visible power lines for pristine views. No pets and no smoking. Elevator not available after 2024.

loved the house, pool was great and access to the beach, food and adventure was amazing . only problem was the elevator, had two elderly and two with knee problems. According to AJ in maintenance the elevator wasn't for guests and couldn't be unlocked. Will confirm the listing prior to booking next time.

Beach oasis

The house was nice but when I was looking at places to stay one person commented that the elevator wasn't working. I asked about it before reserving the house and was told it was working. 3 days after making the final payment I received an email telling me the elevator wasn't working. I asked if there would be any kind of refund and never heard back from them. Just beware...the elevator probably isn't working!

Great family trip

This property has a great location, it was a quick walk across the street to the beach. The property was nice and big with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The elevator didn’t work and there were some gaps in the backyard fencing but other than that we had a great time!
