Welcome to our guesthouse named Ivett, located right in the medieval neighborhood of Brasov. Our guesthouse has individual rooms with private bathrooms, shared equipped kitchen and a wonderful common terrace from where you can see the Tampa mountain that dominates the city with it's Hollywood style letters. Ivett is located within walking distance to all major attractions:First Romanian School, St Nicholas Church, Black Church, Rope Street,Mt Tampa, Council Square. Free street parking available.

Very Loud

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other people staying there. The floor upstairs is the ceiling of your room and you hear every step and all the sound echos. The stairs are very loud. Also, there is NO A/C. The room is good and the bathroom is big and clean, but the noise is too much. The host told me to go outside on the terrace to cool off. I didn’t want to be on the terrace at midnight. Also if you are in the front room, you are 5 feet from the street and hear every car and every person talking outside. The place has a lot of potential but if you want piece and quiet then this is not for you.
