Lazy Palm Destin Summer Vacation New Pools!

* 2 BRAND NEW POOLS SPRING 2024. The Lazy Palm is booking for spring and summer!  The Lazy Palm is right in the heart of Destin! Located between Big Kahuna's water park  and The Track family fun center. We are close to many family-fun activities, restaurants and  entertainment. Our 1bed King /1bath (Sleeps 5) second floor unit comes with 3 pools, tennis courts and a lake. Beach access is beside the Back Porch restaurant (10 min walk) and  easily navigated with sidewalks and crosswalks.
The Space has a large balcony with plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining with tennis court and pool view. 
Located in the gated community of Gulf Terrace, the property encompasses over 18 manicured acres with many amenities including three pools, tennis courts, BBQ grill, picnic area and a spring-fed lake for fishing. The keypad entry lock on the front door provides easy, secure access to the condo. The unit is on the second level accessible by a straight flight of stairs. Our rate covers up to 5 people. 
Master Bedroom:  King size bed, two nightstands, 50" smart tv and two lamps with charging ports. An additional fold out bed that sleeps 1.
Bathroom: easy accessible walk in shower and custom vanity finished with granite.
Living Room: Comfortable recliner and  easy fold out queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.
Dinning Area: Breakfast Bar
Ceiling fans: Bedroom and Living Room (remote control) 
Smart Technologies: Smart TV's in Bedroom and living room, smart thermostat, keypad lock, Ring camera pointed to front for added security. 
Kitchen:  We have all of the cooking amenities of home. Knives, pots, pans, bake ware, measuring cups and spoons, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee pot, blender.  Perfect for staying in and cooking!
Guests receive  bathroom essentials as well as paper towels and coffee with condiments. 
The condo has its own laundry room.  We supply 1 laundry pod for each day of stay. We do ask our guests to please to shake off all beach towels and garments prior to entering condo or loading in the washing machine.
- Parties that have adults under the age of 25 not traveling with a parent are required to provide a photo ID for every adult in the Party. There is also an extra non refundable fee of $50 per Adult and a contract must be signed. The fees, Photo IDs and contract must be completed before the day of arrival. Parties Under 25 shall consist of No More Than 4 people Maximum.
                   OUR COVID19 CLEANING PROCEDURES WE ARE TAKING TO ENSURE THE HEALTH OF OUR GUESTS:
1. We are sanitizing all bedding between each guest. To include pillows and fresh blankets between each guest.
2. All doorknobs, light switches and remotes are being sanitized after each guest departs.
3. All fabric surfaces sanitized. 
4. All hard surfaces cleaned and sanitized with approved sanitizing chemicals.
5. All bathrooms cleaned with bleach.
6. All hard flooring steam mopped to kill germs. 


You have access to the entire condo and the grounds of Gulf Terrace.
No contact check in. Unique door code given prior to check in.

Uber and Lyft are a great option without a car. 
VPS airport has rental car agencies for your convenience. Turo is also available in the area. 
The Community is a controlled entry and you will be provide the code along with your check-in information on day of arrival.
