Grand Caribbean East (GCE), unit 205, has it all. It is clean, has a well-stocked Kitchen with all new kitchen appliances added in 2024 (old appliances are shown in the pictures) and freshly decorated in a modern beachy style with beautiful gulf views and easy beach access.

The building is across the street from 2 beach access points (Tarpon and Pompano). Tarpon beach has been newly expanded to provide 340 ft of beach front with additional amenities coming in late 2025. GCE has a spacious pool and hot tub, grill area and plenty of parking in the back of the building to accommodate 2 cars per guest.

Unit 205 is a very spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom which accommodates 6 guests comfortably. This unit is under new ownership.

We love staying at our new condo to get a feel for what the rental experience is like for our guests. We work hard to make sure it is a place where our guests will enjoy staying.

We maintain a well-stocked kitchen and also provide enough bath towels, pillows and blankets for 6 guests. We strive to provide a clean and well maintained vacation rental.

Upon entering the condo, you will be greeted by a long hallway which runs from the front door to the living area. As you proceed down the hallway you will pass the spacious private master bedroom which has a new King bed and mattress, ceiling fan and tv. You will then pass by the bathroom which has 2 entry points, one from the hallway and one from the master bedroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination, large vanity and plenty of storage for towels and toiletries.

Past the bathroom is the washer and dryer closet and then the bunk beds with 2 twin beds.

The hallway ends at the living area. This area is very open and bright and has amazing views of the gulf through the beautiful french doors and windows that span the entire width of the room. Out the doors, is a roomy deck where you can relax and enjoy seeing the beautiful emerald coast water and feeling the nice breezes coming off of the gulf.

The Living area has a queen sleep sofa.

The kitchen is open to the living area, has a spacious peninsula with additional seating. and is well stocked with plenty of dishes, bakeware, cookware and utensils for cooking, baking and eating. New appliances added in 2024. We also provide a blender, toaster, Keurig and traditional coffee maker and a slow cooker. It is such a joy to make great meals while enjoying the beautiful views of the gulf.

The dining tables holds 6 so you can all enjoy your meals together. It’s also a great place to hang out with the family and play card / board games or to catch up after an amazing day on the beach.

The living area has a new, large, flat screen smart tv and plenty of seating to enjoy family movie nights.

We provide a starter amount of bathroom paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo. The bathroom has a blow dryer. An iron and ironing board is available as well.

Please note that this unit is on the 2nd floor and the building does not have elevators. You will have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the unit.

While we do not provide beach towels or any beach needs, we do provide bath towels and all bed linens. Please do not take the bath towels or bed linens to the beach.
