'La Maison du grand-père' is a very pleasant farmhouse located in a quiet village away from major traffic lanes and close to all amenities. It faces south with a private enclosed garden with trees of 700 m2. You can park your car in the private car park.
The house is labeled 3 keys by CLEVACANCES (N ° 84M1335 approval)
and classified TOURIST FURNITURE 3 stars.
Jonquerettes is a village ideally located for visiting the most beautiful sites in the region and we will be happy to tell you about the beautiful walks to do in Provence.
A water park with a giant wave is
located 10 km. On the same site is the Spirou park.
You can also rest or read in the shade of the plane tree or enjoy the Provence sun by lounging on the lawn of a very pleasant garden.
The area is 90 m2 living space with floor.
The ground floor consists of an entrance with stone staircase leading upstairs, a living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen area, a bathroom and a toilet .
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a very comfortable 160 bed, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with WC. The house is very well equipped and furnished with authentic antique furniture.
Its thick walls will bring you a welcome freshness in summer.

The perfect holiday.

We had a great time in Jonquerettes at Evelynes place. The house and garden looks exactly like on the picture and is the perfect place to start trips in this lovely area. The driveway is perfect for playing boules and the sitting-area outside is great for the warm summer evenings. The house has everything you need for a good stay. Especially the bed in the master-bedroom is perfect. We never slept as good as here in any holiday ever. Evelyne and Jean-Pierre are the perfect hosts. Evelyne is very caring and has a lot of great hints and places to have a great time. Jonquerettes is a charming village and you find a winery, a butcher & a village-shop in walking-distance and bakeries & bigger supermarkets in the close area. All in all a wonderful holiday at a great place. Thank you very much for everything Evelyne :)

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Die Unterkunft war leicht zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus war sehr sauber und mit Bedacht ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Außenbereich lud nicht nur zum Verweilen ein, sondern auch zum Boulespielen, was uns sehr gut gefiel. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Le calme de Jonquerettes

Maison propre et agréable qui garde la fraîcheur (surtout au RDC) malgré les 35 degrés quotidiens lors de notre séjour dans ce village calme. Parfait pour rayonner et visiter la région (Avignon, Pont du Gard, Vaison-la-Romaine, mines de Bruoux...). Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire et conseils appréciés pour les visites malgré la préparation que l’on avait faite. Heure de départ un peu tôt même si on en comprend les raisons.

Rustige en mooie woning

De woning is rustig gelegen in het doodstille dorp. De gastvrouw is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles is voorzien in de keuken. Koelkast, wasmachine, bbq, microgolf,.... In het nabije dorpje Saint Saturnin lès Avignon zijn er 4 eetgelegenheden. Ideaal gelegen voor uitstappen naar Mont Ventoux, Avignon, Carpentras enz.

Beautiful & comfortable traditional house near Avignon

We stayed in this property for a week in August. Despite the hot weather, it was always nice and cool inside the house. There is a shaded area with a table and 4 chairs to the front of the house and we really enjoyed being able to eat outside every day. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, really comfortable and ideally situated to visit the region (Avignon, Pont du Gard, Isle sur la Sorgue, Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Nîmes, etc.). The owner is very friendly and really helpful. We would definitely recommend this property / stay there again.

Un agréable séjour dans la maison du Grand-Père

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison du Grand-Père. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. L'emplacement est idéal pour concilier visites et promenades. Dans cet esprit de petit village de Jonquerettes, Avignon n'est pourtant qu'à 15 km. Le logement est fonctionnel et plein de charme. Une adresse à recommander !

Property with character suited to today's living

An attractive long driveway - suitable for boules, which are provided - and a very useful outside seating area under cover are a great introduction. Inside this century-old house, the owners have spent time on keeping traditional features supported with very interesting decorative items. Living areas are cool in the heat of the day. Good size rooms offer space to move easily. This is a well kept and comfortable property which will appeal to those who want something of older quality beyond any modern build. It's a house that reflects the area's character very well.

Traumhaftre Ferien in der Provence

Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, typisch provenzalisches Haus in der Nähe von Avignon, bestens geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt mit dem Angebot überein. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand, ideal für 2-4 Personen. Die Eigentümerin hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und uns sehr gute und praktische Hinweise und Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Auf jeden Fall können wir dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt noch einmal hinfahren. Insbesondere möchten wir auf das Restaurant UMAMI in Isle / la Sorge hinweisen. Ein ganz toller Tipp unserer Vermieterin. Wir waren zweimal dort. Ausgezeichnete Küche zu vertretbarem Preis. Ferner sehr viele Möglichkeiten Märkte in den umliegenden Städtchen zu besuchen. Sehr lohnenswert der täglich stattfindende abendliche Markt in Velleron. Hier bieten die Bauern aus dem Lieferwagen frische Produkte eigener Herstellung an. Het huis is een authentiek provençaals huis voorzien van alle comfort. Alles is aanwezig om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het is een goed vertrekpunt naar veel bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zoals mooie steden, dorpen en landschappen. Er is een buurtsuper vlakbij met erg vriendelijke mensen. De grote supermarkten zijn ook niet ver. Restaurants in overvloed in L'isle de Sorgue en Avignon. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom een prettig verblijf voor een super vakantie. Het is zeker aan te bevelen aan familie, vrienden en kennissen.

Très belles vacances provençales

Belle maison confortable, bien équipée et pleine de charme. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables. La situation de la maison est idéale pour effectuer les visites sans faire trop de route. Et il faut ajouter l'accueil de Madame Moulin, très sympathique et donnant de bons conseils pour les visites.

Comme des vacances d'antan...

Aucun doute, c'est bien la maison du grand-père, dans toute son authenticité. Lorsqu'on la découvre, pièce après pièce, on sent tout de suite que l'on va s'y plaire et cette impression se confirme très vite. Tout (ou presque) est d'époque, et pourtant rien ne manque au confort attendu, lequel est fidèlement décrit dans l'offre. L'espace vital ne manque pas, tant à l'intérieur que dehors où il est agréable de prendre un repas au soleil ou à l'ombre d'un préau. La propriété se prélasse au calme dans un petit village idéalement situé car jamais éloigné de multiples points d'intérêt. Le charmant accueil de madame Moulin est en quelque sorte "la cerise sur le gâteau" !

Fabulous Location and Charming Home!

This lovely place was our home for 9 days while visiting the region. It couldn't have been a better location for exploring the wonderful area and visiting all of the charming villages and cities in Provence. The home itself is lovingly restored, extremely well maintained and very comfortable (great bed!). We loved everything about this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We enjoyed our coffee every morning and our wine and market treats every evening in our home away from home. The owner of the home, Madame Moulin, was a wonderful hostess. She provided us with great information on the area and was so kind and helpful, even bringing us homemade marmalade one day! Our stay here was perfect in every way!

Une authentique maison de famille

Loin des habituelles "maisons pour touristes", voici une vraie maison de famille dans laquelle on se sent comme chez soi, un peu comme si ce grand-père était le nôtre. Au calme, au cœur d'un charmant village, la maison est authentique, avec tout le confort, très propre, meublée avec goût, sans décor outrageusement provençal. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand escalier de pierre patiné à souhait, le salon cosy (canapés et TV de qualité), la grande chambre confortable (très bonne literie). Le must : l’accueil et les judicieux conseils de Madame Moulin. C'est sûr, nous y retournerons Brigitte et Jean-Paul, de Bruxelles

Magnifique!!

Un charmant « petit » coin de paradis en Provence. La maison est très bien entretenue, décorée avec goût; elle dispose de tout les atouts d'une maison de très haut standing . La terrasse est très agréable, nous avons apprécié les moments de détentes et les repas pris à l'extérieur. Les propriétaires sont à l'image de la maison, Chaleureux, Accueillants et bien viellants. Très bonnes vacances reposantes et ensoleillées

Très bonnes vacances passées dans cette jolie propriété très bien entretenue au coeur du village de jonquerettes. Le mas est authentique avec une décoration soignée et choisie avec goût. Nous avons été entouré de tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances, et même plus. Merci encore à Madame Moulin pour sa gentillesse et sa volonté de nous accompagner tout au long de ce séjour.la mise à disposition du linge de lits et de toilette est vraiment un plus pour nous et nous a permis d optimiser les valises pour ce voyage.

Lieux authentique ou nous avons apprécié passer nos vacances. La propriété est très bien entretenue et le choix de la décoration est soigné. Nous avons apprécié également le calme qui y régnait. Je remercie encore une fois Madame Moulin, pour la mise à dispostion d'une multitude de matériels, dont le linge de lits et de toilette, qui nous a rendu le séjour pratique. Egalement, pour sa gentillesse, ainsi que ce souhait de nous rendre les vacances les plus agréables possibles.

Un très bon accueil dans une charmante maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de caractère qui nous a apporté la fraîcheur nécessaire en cette semaine de mois d'août très ensoleillée. Wonderful

I can't imagine a more delightful place to spend spring. This old family home is clearly loved by its owners who live nearby. It has been carefully restored and very comfortable. One can catch the bus for Avignon (about 20 mins.) a block from the gate, so you can enjoy a quiet village life with very east access to one of the historic and beautiful cities in France. All of Provence is within easy reach.
