We open our doors to guests from April 2020 in the new 5 star apart hotel located right in front of the dancing fountains and the Black sea beach. What do we offer? Apartment for three with everything you need for living and a kitchenette. Relax in a quiet modern area with sea views, an alley of heroes and mountains. Near McDonald's, four hypermarkets: Batumi Mall, carrefour, yalchin and willmart, cafes and restaurants. A 15-minute walk along the boulevard in one direction - the old city, Ali and Nino, a summer theater and a chacha fountain, in the other - a “seaside park” with amazing landscapes, fountains, walking paths by a Spanish architect and a freshly restored boulevard to the airport, where Watch the takeoff and landing of planes right above your head. Batumi Boulevard with a promenade is one of the largest in Europe - a length of about 8 km with a separate bike path and complexes for street fitness. You can rent a bike, hoverboard, electric scooter, or skateboard and roller skateboard. If you are with children, you will find many playgrounds with huge sports and entertainment complexes. Appreciate the benefits of living in an apart-hotel: cleanliness and beautiful design of common spaces and rooms, security, control and video surveillance, round-the-clock staff support and special attention to each guest. And all this is much cheaper than a hotel. Just call if you need laundry or housekeeping. Enjoy your vacation in Batumi and don't worry about anything. At your request, we will organize a personal, author or group tour with professional certified guides who speak your language. We will answer all questions, advise, help. For the season of 2021 it is planned to open all the complexes of the apart-hotel with a gym, spa, pool, shops and restaurants inside. Plan your trip in advance, because we give a 30% discount when booking for 6 months; so, for example, for 7 days of rest you pay not 1400 GEL but 980.

Great location and property management

This trip was booked for my parents who travel a lot and are not new to VRBO. They had a great time and really enjoyed their vacation. The property is located very close to the beach and all local attractions. It’s a 10-15 min drive to the airport, which is also very convenient for travelers. Stella - the property Manager- was very helpful and always responded promptly. My parents also enjoyed the view from their balcony, the apartment was on the 12th floor, although there is still a little construction going on, the view is still decent. It’s a perfect condo for two adults who travel to explore, mostly eat out, and just enjoy their time, yet if you want to cook at home - all kitchenware and amenities are there for your convenience.
