The full-size kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and everything you need to prepare meals on holidays. The luxurious master suite, also on this level, features a king bed and private ensuite.

Downstairs offers a second lounge area — perfect for kids or extended family — along with three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms:2 x Queen bedrooms1 x Bedroom with zip-together king bed (can be split into two singles)Optional: 2 foam mattresses for children and a baby package is available for a small additional cost, including a port-a-cot, high chair, stroller, and car seat.Comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds, plus up to 2 children and infants.

Family Getaway

The property Is great for a group of friends or large family, having two lounges areas and outside dining on both levels. In an area that is quiet. It's away from the Marina but close enough to walk, catch the bus or use the buggy.

6 Cooinda Gardens

Minor maintenance issues had to be reported but overall the home is a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. The golf buggy provided with the home was much appreciated and is essential given the home is quite some distance from the main areas of the Hamilton Island resort facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a large family group.

Amazing property and location to relax and enjoy.

The house was very comfortable and suited our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children 9 years and 8 years).The location was very private and peaceful which immediately made us feel relaxed when we arrived. Having two separate living areas and lots of balcony space with seating was a bonus. The house gave a fabulous feeling of space especially because of the high ceilings throughout. We hired another buggy so with two buggies (including the one provided at the house) we were all able to be together when we wanted or go our separate ways to different activities. We were never too far away from whatever we wanted to do including the dining at local eateries.The beauty of our location was the magic views, from different angles, of the ocean and the soaring islands surrounding us. Catseye beach and the swimming pools were a great hit every day as was our wonderful Cruise and visit to Whitehaven beach. We'll be back for sure.
