The ground level comprises the main living room with a large screen tv, a laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer, powder room, spacious dining room with seating for 12 guests and a fully equipped and functional kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner gas stove and much more. There is one bedroom on this level with a queen bed as well as a TV, walk in robe and ensuite.

The second storey is just as spacious and contains the second living room with another large screen tv, main bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The remaining four bedrooms are also on this level including the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have queen beds with the fifth bedroom having a set of single bunks and a single trundle bed making this room perfect for the kids. A range of board games are provided for your enjoyment.

With ducted heating and cooling throughout, the home is cosy in winter and an entertainer's delight in summer. The icing on the cake is the beautiful solar heated swimming pool and alfresco area for those hot summer days.

Please note; the garage is not available for guest use but there is plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway and down the side of the house behind secure gates. This space will also accommodate a boat or jet skis.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD1500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
