Inside, the glow of an indoor fireplace and soft natural light create an inviting place to slow down after time on the mountain. Forest views from the windows and balcony keep you connected to the landscape even as you settle into the calm indoors.



Living spaces

The open living area centers around a double-sided indoor fireplace that brings warmth to both the lounge and the nearby reading nook. An L-shaped sofa offers space to unwind, while vaulted ceilings and large windows draw in the stillness of the surrounding trees. Portable fans and heating help you keep the temperature just right, and a dedicated workspace lets you stay connected when needed. A TV adds another option for relaxed evenings in.

Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The lower-level primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a king-split bed and access to a nearby bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Upstairs, a third bedroom offers a tri-bunk with a double and single bed, along with comfortable seating and an adjacent bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided.

You’ll have wifi, a washer and dryer, hangers, an iron, a safe, and bathroom essentials. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in via a smart lock makes arrival simple, and long term stays are welcome. Secure underground parking for two vehicles is included, along with free street parking. Guests also have access to a hot tub within the complex.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
