Covered porch and sundeck. 2 single beds are a trundle bed located off of the dining area. WIFI. No smoking allowed. Small dog friendly, for more specifics, please reference our Pet Policy under our Rental Policies, Terms and Conditions. Shared pool (with Electa s Place Down) heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F.

The location is great but the house needs updating. Everything is old. The twin bed is very uncomfortable, but the rest are sufficient. The living room furniture was nice. New patio furniture would be a good upgrade.

We have rented few times from Dunes over 10 years & the houses were always very well maintained. This house was Not. The vents & fans need a good cleaning. It's not healthy and we all have allergies. It was a little disappointing that the house was very old & run down. We were in town for a family party, drove from New York. It served its purpose but still.

Roach Haven

Spent the better part of the week cleaning and killing roaches. Called the realtor who sent out an exterminator. Apparently he was there the week before and treated the downstairs.... which must have chased the roaches upstairs. Both floors should have been treated and the place should be treated more often. There was so much OLD caked on food on both sides of the oven when the exterminator pulled it out that the bugs were content to stay and feed. I scrubbed the oven which had not been done for years. It was not a good stay and I should be refunded some if not all the money spent. We were VERY disappointed.

Perfect location

This property allowed dogs, was second row had perfect beach views and was very spacious. We will be staying again!
