Superb apartment on the Port de la Houle in Cancale with sea view, located south on the floor of a traditional house Cancal. Modern apartment of 75m2, functional, completely renovated and equipped with a complete appliance and free WIFI access. You will have a private parking space, immediately on the ground floor.

You will be able to admire the sea and its exceptional color changes, the comings and goings of the boats, You will also be able on the spot to taste seafood (oyster farmer on the ground floor). Restaurants and local products are nearby.

For your leisure, hikers can take the famous customs path overlooking the sea of Cancale Saint Malo and beyond and enjoy exceptional landscapes. The greenway (reserved for hikers and cyclists) along the coast, you will connect Cancale near the Mont Saint Michel through Cherrueix, an exceptional site for the practice of sand yachting.

In Cancale, the sandy beaches will delight you (Verger beach, Duguesclin beach, Port Pican beach). Sports activities are numerous and all nearby (fishing, diving, etc.). The boat La Bisquine awaits you for a sea excursion.

For your visits or excursions, the cities of Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Dol de Bretagne, are typical and particularly pleasant. Bel appartement sur la baie de Cancale

Un très bel appartement, lumineux, très bien équipé, propre et en parfait état. La pièce de vie bénéficie d'une jolie vue sur la baie de Cancale ; la mer est juste en dessous, de l'autre côté de la route. Le parking privatif est un vrai plus. C'est un hébergement de grande qualité et confortable, un excellent pied à terre pour 10 jours de balades, de visites, de découvertes, pour revoir encore St Malo et ses remparts, pour respirer à nouveau Cancale et la vie autour des parc à huîtres.

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in prachtige omgeving

's Morgens de rolluiken ophalen en de zee zien, dat geeft al een vakantie gevoel. Afhankelijk van de (2) getijden neem je zo een duik aan de overkant van de straat. Het appartement ontbreek aan niets, is ruim, netjes en is overal in de buurt. Cancale en Bretagne is ons erg goed bevallen, we gaan zeker een keer terug!

Appartement très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cancale !

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et confortable et avec une très belle vue, ce qui ne gâche rien. L'accès en centre ville est possible à pieds avec juste une petite grimpette qui vous ouvrira l'appétit ! L'électroménager est récent et de qualité (à part le grille-pain ...) et rien ne manque en termes d'équipement et de vaisselle et la propreté de l'ensemble est irréprochable. Préférez la chambre donnant sur l'arrière pour plus de calme le matin. Il manque peut-être un accès WIFI à internet, cependant la 4G est disponible par les principaux opérateurs. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet appartement, d'autant qu'il y a énormément de choses à faire et à voir (et à déguster ...) dans cette région de la Bretagne, tout en faisant peu de kilomètres : Dinan, Dinard, l'estuaire de la Rance avec Saint-Suliac, la pointe du Groin, Saint-Malo les sentiers douaniers et plein d'autres sites !

Our beautiful week in Cancale!!

We have visited the lovely seaside town of Cancale on several occasions over the years. This was our best stay yet! The weather was absolutely marvellous! The apartment is amazing. Clean, comfortable with all the equipment & services you need! Wonderfully furnished, comfy beds! Being above the seafood shop is a huge bonus! The sea view to the front is just magnificent. The owners agent was a wonderful man & a massive help. Parking is private & convenient, which for Cancale, is a major plus point! The TV provides only French terrestrial programmes but there is a dvd player. Although the owners description states there is an internet service we found no sign of this. The mobile network provides a good 4G signal though! Would we return to this property? Most definitely! if Daniel & Silvie allowed us!

Une vie au rythme des marées

Nous avons réellement apprécié l'appartement : spacieux, bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et très bien situé sur le port. Nuit très calme dans la chambre à l'arrière. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une petite terrasse qui prolonge l'appartement et qu'il soit situé au 2e étage : un peu fatiguant à la longue. Mais à part cela tout est bien pensé et facile d'entretien.

Très satisfait du logement et de sa situation

Arrivés le 01/08 nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement qui est tout à fait conforme aux photos publiées : très propre, bien entretenu, et très bien équipé. Une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons pu profiter tous les jours des produits de la mer de l'ostréiculteur situé au rez-de-chaussée qui est ouvert 7j/7. Une petite plage est accessible en traversant la route et notre fille de 16 mois a pu en profiter pour faire ses premiers châteaux de sable. La place de stationnement à l'arrière de la maison est très appréciable. Les restaurants sont très proches à pied. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la personne qui nous a remis les clés, très sympathique. Des bus passent à quelques mètres pour emmener aux plages de Cancale, ainsi que pour aller à St Malo. Nous recommandons ce logement et n'hésiterons pas à revenir lorsque nous serons sur Cancale.

Excellent séjour à tout point de vue

Nous avons séjourné à maintes reprises dans ce superbe appartement avec vue sur la mer et à chaque fois ce fut parfait: confort optimal, pièces agréables...Les propriétaires ont tout prévu pour que leurs hôtes soient très satisfaits, tout a été pensé avec grand soin semble-t-il.
