This holiday home is perfectly equipped with families in mind offering a porta cot and shade tent to enjoy the sunny beach days. It's a leisurely 20min walk to both the main shopping precinct and the patrolled Umina Beach, that also offers an amazing children's playground and coffee shop that is dog friendly.

Comfy home away from home

Lovely spacious house with a large backyard and centrally located to beaches, shops and restaurants. House was lovely and clean and had everything you need. WIFI was very slow to non-responsive and I was required to use my own hotspot to access the smart tv

Not as good as expected

One bed not made, had been slept in. Animal hairs on all floors and on lounge. Mould and food on cooking utensils. Pantry well stocked but only 1 hand towel for 3 people. No replacement bags for garbage. Vacuum cleaner clogged with animal hairs and fluff.

Well located accomodation

Great location close to Umina and Ettalong beaches, shops and cafes. Well equipped kitchen for a family. The home is very clean and tidy.

Dog Friendly Accom

Well equipped home, owner has thought of everything needed for a great stay at a reasonable price. Our Cavoodle enjoyed the freedom of the front and back yard.

Clean and easy

The property was very clean, comfortable and easy. We had an effortless stay. The property was accomodating for our dog too. Great beaches nearby, easy access etc. Would stay there again. The house is on a corner on a round-about. The driveway is strangely positioned very close to the roundabout itself. Being on a roundabout reversing out is a little unsettling. But the area is quite and calm. As if said we would stay there again.
