The house is amazing. We only rent out a few periods so don't miss out. This is a VERY spacious home with the bedrooms on the first floor and a huge approx 900 sq foot open living room kitchen dining room on the second floor with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Rental Season Periods and Pricing
Our rental season begins in early May and goes through October. We rent generally two types of periods:

Midweeks: Mondays at 3pm through Fridays at 10am
Weekends Friday at 3pm through Monday at 10am.

May and June
Midweek's $3750 and Weekends are $5250 June 22nd Midweek and June 25th Weekend are July Rates)

July and August
Midweek's are $5250 and Weekends are $5750

September and October
Midweek's and Weekends (Please Call)

Holidays
Memorial Day Weekend is $5750
July 4th midweek is $5750
Labor Day Weekend is $6250
Miss Fire Island Weekend is $3750

All rentals require a $500 security deposit, which is refunded in the case of no damage There is a $250 cleaning fee.

How Things Work

The process is to check if your dates are available on the calendar on the website, then contact Stephen at show contact info or via email to arrange the period. After we speak and arrange a period, we will fax a contract out for your review and you will return it along with payment prior to your stay. Late reservations may require either Fed Ex or similar delivery to avoid occupancy prior to funds clearing or arrival. Prior to your stay you will be given the codes to the electric door locks. These codes will unlock the house, bikes, beach chairs and wagon.
