perfect location

Only issue was the noise coming from drunk people leaving the bars. Also room was facing the coastal highway which created alot of noise at night

Central Location to Lots

We really loved the layout and size and cleanliness and comfort of this condo. It being our first time staying in OCMD we didn't know the layout of the land and the master bedroom is on coastal highway which made for quite a bit of road noise. But that really is our only negative. We prefer a quieter vacation area. The Aventurra is very secure & people are friendly. Thanks so much!

Nice, but the sellers need to invest a little in this property

On arrival it was quite evident that the frame on the king bed was broken. Maintenance said he fixed it last year and would need replaced. (this was not done by the time we left to go out Sunday eve) the dining table trim is coming off and snagged clothing. The vertical blinds in the primary bedroom are broken and guests would benefit from drapes as the blinds allow quite a bit of light. The door to laundry doesn't even fit the opening to close properly. There was no place to hang a towel when showering in the primary and my family stated that there was poor water pressure in the other shower. The cleaning company only does an average job. Location was great to restaurants we enjoy, and not fighting for a parking spot was wonderful. Would love to stay again, but will look at other condos before committing.
