This luxurious fully equipped 1768 sqft 3-bedroom 2.5 bath condo has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The condo unit is just two blocks from the ocean and boardwalk. Its close to many restaurants likes Phillips Blu Crab and Fish Tales; Mini golf courses the Bahia Marina for boating watercrafts and fishing activities; and other popular OC attractions. All areas of this unit have beautifully tiled floors. This unit includes Central Air WIFI Cable TV & DVD players. The large Kitchen includes granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances (with ice and filtered water). In the dedicated laundry room, there is a full-size washer & dryer sink iron and ironing board for your convenience. The building offers a Private Covered Garage with Parking for 2 Cars for the unit and an Outdoor Pool. You can enjoy stunning bay side views from inside the unit or on the units private long back balcony. From the sliding doors in the living room and bedroom you have a sweeping view of the bay overlooking Bahia Marina and Fish Tales Restaurant. From the front of the unit you have a peek at the Ocean crashing on the beach. The unit is Non-smoking non-vaping & no pets. It was a nice place... I guess i was spoiled with keyless entry rentals. We had a long drive only due to traffic and having bad weather. So we had to make arrangements to pick up the key after hours. On top of not having our linen package dropped off. Which is probably not the owner of the condos fault. . Especially since i didn't order thwm till

Spacious and comfortable. For the price we think linens and towels should be included. Could have been a little cleaner. We left it cleaner than we found it. The pool was nice but very small. Overall a nice visit

Poor Girls Open 2023

Everything was good. I have two complaints. Having keys for the downstairs elevator door and for the unit door is outdated. Everything should have a push button entry so you don't need to worry about keeping track of 8 people and only 2 keys. The shower in the master bathroom has not been cleaned for many months. There was mold and gunk in the door track and all around the door frame. For the price we had to pay the cleaners I expect everything to be clean.

Love Mariner's Watch and Fishtales

This is our second time staying at a property in Mariner's Watch and we love it. The location is great and the layout of the condos are perfect for two families. My wife and I stayed in the master with our 2 year old sleeping in the large walkin closet and our friends stayed in the 2nd bedroom with their two 8 and 10 year old boys in the 3rd bedroom. We love that we can walk to Fishtales and the marina right next door as well as up to the beach and boardwalk. The cons: noise - bring a white noise machine or play an app on your phone if you're light sleepers. Fishtales unloads beer/seafood trucks in the morning and its loud. And the front bedrooms hear road noise from the main road at night. Also this particular apartment has some interesting color choices but to each their own. Wish this apartment had a dyson vacuum or something better for the floors - hard to keep the sand up!

Very loud bar behind, noisy and not the cleanest

We have been staying at mariners watch for over 10 years. This year the noise from the bar was terrible. Nightly loud till 2am. The house wasn’t the cleanest. The owner has messaged throughput the house about everything which was helpful but ultimately felt like I was being micromanaged and the thermostat is monitored. Wouldn’t likely stay again

Perfect Location!!!

This place was perfect!! Beautiful views of bay and beach! Walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants and fun. We had such a great vacation. We will be booking this place again the in future!!!!
