About this property

New renovated studio on the first floor in Rotterdam near the centre of Rotterdam.
The building is build in 1800 and still have some of the old charmes also a steep stairway , be aware if you cannot walk stairs this might not be the right place for you.
You will find yourself within minutes in the center of Rotterdam. Alot of bars restaurants are just around the place.
Parking is almosty everywere paid in Rotterdam centrum so we have a agreement with a garage in the neigberhood. If available we are able to rent a parking place for 12 euro a day for you.
