The unit was not very clean. After pointing this out to the owner she did more cleaning.One problem with the owner is that she does not appear to have much professional experience in the hospitality industry.Communication with the owner was very good. She always responded quickly the any requests we had. We believe that it is up to her guests to make clear to her where her vacation rental is not up to speed. She will respond positively to any suggestions.The location of Haastrecht is good. A quiet little town 15 minutes by bus to Gouda and the train station.A well stocked grocery store is near by. There is a range of restaurants within walking distance.
