Sylvan Lake quiet Getaway

If you are looking for a gettaway with the family to the lake but without being in the busy downtown area then this home might be for you !!!! My bi level home is located a five minute drive from the lake. Surrounded by parks and pathways with a playground within walking distance. we have a large fully fenced back yard with a fire pit. There is plenty of parking in the back.

With 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds and one twin, there is plenty of room for your family. There are Two bedrooms located upstairs and two bedrooms on the lower floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking We even have a crock pot if you want to cook your meals while you spend the day at the beach. i am very responsive and live fairly close so if you cant find what you need i will try and help

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older and attending the booking, no smoking, no parties or events, and sadly no pets.

Great family vacation spot

This is a great place to stay for families. There is a beautiful deck with furniture and an umbrella, a fire pit with mature treees, nice yard with a view of trees out every window and a well furnished, comfortable home with a fully finished basement with tvs on both floors, DVDs and Blue Rays and books, games, toys, great kitchen. Beds are comfortable, it is a drive to the lake unless you are very motivated but staying in a quiet neighborhood and having access to the lake has its advantages. The owner has done many thoughtful things to make your stay comfortable.
