This cozy 1915 Beach Cottage is located in the quaint beach town of Hermosa Beach!
Fabulous location, just 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and and Pier.

(LAX 15 minutes, Hollywood 35 minutes, Downtown Los Angeles 40 minutes)

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
This beautiful home has been rented long term for the past 2 years, and is now available for rent beginning September 1st.

The main bedroom enjoys a Queen sized bed with ample closet space and smart TV. A full sized murphy bed is located in the drawer of a built in hutch in the dining room.

Quaint and fully furnished 1915 Craftsman has been renovated to its original vintage style. Enjoy all the modern conveniences!
Features include large outdoor sunny patio, hardwood floors, detailed beautiful moldings, stained wood doors, & window trim, built-in closets, and unique antiques throughout. A definite must stay!

Comfortable living room has a large smart tv and comfy couch. The dining room features built in hutch with a murphy bed and dining table, well stocked kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, vintage gas stove, and equipped with dishes, utensils & cookware. Inside private laundry room. Spacious spa like bathroom with stone floors, large walk in shower (dual shower heads), & claw foot tub. The large sundeck/balcony with outdoor furniture, is the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine or BBQ. No worries about parking at the beach with your own private two car garage.

All you can wish for!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was lovely. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can need. Oodles of towels, a washer and dryer, and a great bathtub as well as a rain shower. There was a comforting feeling about the entire place. A short walk (2 blocks) and you were at the beach. Follow the walkway to the right, enjoy the beautiful homes and the fantastic beach, and you will come upon the pier where there are restaurants and shops and bike rentals ( although we did not have to rent any as the garage has bikes, baby strollers, chairs, etc) and wonderful people if you are a people watcher! A few blocks away is the Magic and Comedy Store where we got to see Jay Leno perform for well over an hour......for an unbelievable $ 30!!! The only bad thing I can think of is that time seems to go by faster and before you know it, you're home!

Charming home in a fantastic location

We had to rent a property at the last minute, due to a death in the family, and Judi was a delight to work with. This home is in a FANTASTIC location, two blocks for The Strand, a block to some great little restaurants (and a great take out pizza at Mickey's) and just a 10 minute walk along The Strand to the happening area of Hermosa Pier, which is packed with shopping, restaurants and bars. The home is lovely with everything you need! There is construction currently next door, which Judi made us aware of. It does stop at 6pm, but does continue during the weekends. The front balcony is AMAZING!!!!!!!! It's a wonderful place to have morning coffee, lunches (construction does stop over the lunch hour) and a drink in the evenings to watch the pinks, oranges, and purples of the sunsets over the homes. I would recommend this home, especially to couples looking for a getaway!

Great vacation spot

Great location, beautiful house. Feels like home. Very short walk to hermosa beach shops and restaurants. Judi keeps this place in great shape. Can't wait for our next stay!

Charming Cottage in a Perfect Location

Just a short stroll to the beach and the Strand or an Uber ride to anywhere else, this cottage is in a fabulous location. I especially enjoyed the deck with plenty of seating in the mornings and evenings. The cottage is vintage, but everything is updated to modern conveniences. Oh, and the rain shower...the best shower ever.
