Great setup for a family gathering consisting of adults and children. Loved being out in the country and enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!
This was a fabulous and lovely home with a great configuration, views of sunrise and sunset, and access to nearby nature and history. It is a peaceful, rural location with plenty of space for our multi-generational family. We all would stay there again!
Home is quiet and isolated yet only 10 minutes from town. All spaces are modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well-stocked, and the flat-top stove was a real bonus.
We absolutely loved our stay. Would stay here ANYTIME.

Country getaway
This is the second time we stayed here we absolutely love this place! It’s a little out of the way for some people but we are used to driving. We will definitely be staying here again!
We loved the outdoor kitchen area. The glass garage door was amazing. When a storm rolled in we were able to close the door and still have a wonderful view.
All 9 of us had a fantastic time. The house is very unique and so beautiful. The view is spectacular. We couldn’t have found a better place. We would definitely recommend to anyone with a larger group visiting the area.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location
We loved this home and really enjoyed our stay. It is new, clean, has a well-equipped kitchen and is so comfortable.
This was one of the nicest places we have ever rented. It was certainly the cleanest and most dust free rental we have ever stayed in. The work and craftmanship involved in the conversion from warehouse to residence was top notch. The metal work that was done with the tables, outdoor fireplace, paper towel holders, towel holders, etc. were true works of art!The view of Sleeping Ute Mountain was a great backdrop for the entire stay. The location was an ideal base for trips to numerous sights in the 4 corners area. I don't usually give 5 stars for everything but this was certainly a 5 star location. We'd love to return!
We loved the uniqueness of this beautiful property! It was spacious and beautiful decorated inside. It had everything we needed for our large group. Kids loved exploring Mesa Verde and we had a great time.
This place was amazing! Enjoyed the outdoor room the most. It was perfect for our group. The views are awesome and it was so peaceful. Would definitely book again.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean, spacious and had amazing views. We will be back!

The house was great. Plenty of places to sleep, bathrooms were clean and nicely stocked. The kitchen was great, well stocked. It was too bad the weather was cold (yay, snow in April!) because we would have loved to use the indoor/outdoor area and the volleyball court. 15 minutes drive into Cortez, great location. We'll stay again if in the area.
Excellent place to stay. Real glasses, real plates, actual silverware, K-cup and drip coffee, wi-fi excellent. A measure of how hard it is to find fault would be my only ‘critical’ comment would be the M bath has an uncovered window and , as a result, morning sun reflects right into the bathroom mirror.
We absolutely loved staying at the Warehouse. It was a very unique experience, to be staying in a converted bean factory! The space was decorated quite nicely and fit our needs very well. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen area. The hosts were mis
Wonderful! So clean and quiet! Perfect for our two families to stay with ample room! Enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor (garage) kitchen.
Plenty of room to play games watch movies and spread out! Close to Mesa verde and Hovenweep! I would stay here again in a heart beat

One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Very comfortable and clean. There were more TVs than you can shake a stick at, and the kitchen was fantastic! Host was very responsive and considerate. There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet, but you'll need to bring your own EV charger to plug in.
Me and 3 friends get together each year to play golf somewhere. There was about an hour drive to a couple of the courses course but got to play in 3 states and one course was right in Cortez. Great place to stay and the silence in the evening was unbelievable. Very peaceful place!

Awesome stay
When we arrived the place was clean and ready for us. There was even K cups which was an added bonus. There were seven of us, 3 couples and single and the place provided lots of room and we felt very much at home. The beds provided much needed rest and were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough plate settings. This was perfect for us all. We would definitely stay here again.
