Enjoy a direct beautiful bay view from this 2 BR/2 BA fully furnished condo featuring an updated kitchen with granite countertops, King bed in master bedroom has TV and twin beds that convert to California King size bed in guest bedroom, Extra guests can utilitize the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. TV w/DVD in living room and master bedroom. New plank flooring throughout the condo . Full size washer/dryer in condo.
Come enjoy our recently renovated bathrooms for that spa like feelings featuring new tile and cabinets for the beachy feel. Kitchen has all new appliances.
PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved
Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.
Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by Owner.
