This condo is in a great location! Close to everything(restaurants with live music, gift shops, and only a few steps away from the ocean)! The owner is only a text away if you need to contact him about something. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful spot right on the beach and next to everything

We had a wonderful stay and Joel was so helpful! The condo was so well equipped and had literally everything that we needed- even some spices and a coffee grinder. The condo was spacious and in a perfect location. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful, well stocked and comfortable condo in an excellent location! If you love to be in the midst of all the excitement Bradenton Beach has to offer, this is the place to stay. Family vacation

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful sunsets and direct access to several restaurants and bars. We loved being able to walk to dinner. Also loved that there was a covered pool to get away from the sun when need be. Joel was super nice and very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Place!

This place was the perfect size for us with 3 bedrooms. The unit was clean and modern. It sits very close to the beach and the view was awesome. We were concerned about being located in the Bridge Street area as we like more privacy, but the beach was not crowded. The ability to walk to restaurants was also a big plus. A Circle K is less than a block away for ice, etc. We would certainly stay here again.

Waterfront Paradise

We stayed at this beautiful condo from 1/25 through 2/1/25. The weather was a little cooler than what we were hoping, but this beautiful condo and location helped to make up for that. Joel was very helpful in making our stay as smooth as possible and very informative as to what was going on with the cleanup from the hurricanes leading up to our stay. It's amazing what they have done to get this beautiful island back in shape. We highly recommend this condo and we are sure you will enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you, Joel!

Great Location

We loved our stay at the condo. This place is right where you want to be with all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed being right on the beach and the view from the balcony was wonderful in the mornings when we had our coffee. We couldn’t have had a better time and my kids loved being able to go get ice cream and gelato without us having to drive them.

You couldn’t find a better place to stay. We loved being right on the beach and close to all the great shops and restaurants of Bridge Street. Joel was a very attentive host and even checked on us a couple of times during our stay.

Location, location, location!

We’ve stayed in this property before, but in a different Condo. Location is right on the beach at the end of Bridge Street and it’s great restaurants and bars.Did not meet the owner in person, but his response time for any issues was within a couple of minutes.Will stay here again for sure.

Perfect for beach access and sunset views!

Spacious and clean condo with gorgeous views of the Gulf. So easy to get to the beach. My 88 yr old mother was able to get to the ocean and the pool with no trouble. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance too. I was concerned about street noise but it quieted down around 10pm and there were no problems with sleeping. Shelling was pretty good - enough to make our beach walks interesting- but the best were the dolphins and the variety of shorebirds we saw. Our host, Joel, was great- very quick to respond to questions. We had no issues with the condo during the week we were there. An ice maker in the fridge would have been nice lol but otherwise it was perfect. A great time with family and friends!

Great location and beautiful ocean views

This property is located directly across from Bridge Street or there are so many things to do, for all ages. Bridge Street is lively, clean and safe with great music at several places. We were told by city ordinance that the music had to stop at 10pm which was good with us because we’re getting older and not into party until wee hours of the morning! That was really nice, is that the condo is very soundproof. You cannot hear all of the activities across the street while you are in the condo and very little while on the beach. This spacious condo is located directly on the beach and has spectacular views from the balcony. Parking is covered under the condo which is perfect and the elevator essentials for taking all of our gear and groceries upstairs. Everything that you may need is supplied in the condo,

We decided to purchase this condo for the unspoiled beauty of the beach and old Florida charm of the island. We looked at properties from Clearwater Beach all the way down to Siesta Key and this condo took our breath away from the second we saw it. The complex is intimate and relaxing with spectacular views even from the covered parking. Once we walked inside the condo the first time, we NEVER wanted to leave so we decided to call it our home away from home! This truly is paradise at its finest...
