The space
The fully air-conditioned apartment has 1 bedroom with King size bed & 1 Sofa bed. Facilities in the apartment include water heater, refrigerator, TV, washing machine with dryer, microwave oven, ceramic glass hob, basic kitchen utensils and plates/bowls/glasses/cups/cutlery. Long term tenants will like the capacious wardrobe spaces and many storage cabinets.

Relax and enjoy yourselves in the peaceful and beautifully landscaped environment with common facilities that include outdoor playground /indoor play room and wading pool for children, swimming pool , outdoor jucuzzi and sauna room. Guests/tenants have free use of most of the common spaces and facilities at level 9 except for the poolside BBQ pit and function hall. The last 2 facilities are more for the long-term residents.

There is also free access (via card) to rooftop terraces at levels 28 of Towers A & B and level 34 of of Tower C. The rooftop terraces offer bird's eye views of the up-and-coming Medini township (the new CBD of Johor) and you can see Singapore across the Johor Straits.

The ground floor gardens, pools and unique seating spaces are worth exploring too. Don't miss the 'globe' sculpture at the entrance of the estate.
