My place is Sunshine 100 City Plaza, a 10 minutes walk to Boni MRT. The building is new and my house is very well maintained. Nearby malls, Robinsons Forum and SM Light Mall. It is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups.
A 31 sqm condo unit, comfortable bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a sofa at the living room. There is a sofa if you don't mind sleeping in the living area. There is spacious facilities kitchen for cooking (Induction cooker and rice cooker). You will enjoy your stay like a home than a hotel.
There is an outdoor pool, more suitable for kids and adult. Maximum of 3pax for complimentary use of the pool. Additional of 250pesos per pax.

I am sure you turn off the air con of your house when you are out. Please do the same for my house:) Please do not have the window or door open while the air con is switch on. It will affect the condensation of the air con which shorten the lifespan of the air con.
We will check that all TV or electrical appliances are working before your check in, to avoid any misunderstanding please check that are all in order when you check in and let me know immediately if anything is not working or broken. Thanks:)
