Only a block to beach. Nice condo. Easy check in and check out. Quick to answer questions. God food within walking distance

Close to the beach, away from the crowds

Was perfect for our family of 3. Two minute walk to the beach. All the way uptown so we avoided all of the big crowds Would definitely stay here again

The location was good.Not a comfortable seat in condo all couches and chairs should be replaced. Carpet was dirty and smelled.

Great location and having a pool was a huge plus! It’s outdated but clean and very spacious. Kitchen has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot 👍

Pristine second home at the beach

Lovely unit, tastefully decorated, nice low-rise building with elevator, very well equipped, clearly somewhere the owner stays. The location is excellent, really the best of OC for beach going with one’s family. Nice balcony, but no real ocean view, although the beach is 1/2 block away. Highly recommended.
