This recently remodeled and gorgeous condo has the room to make it your comfortable home away from home for the whole family. Close enough to the Surfside Beaches at 1.3 miles away, you will appreciate how quiet this community is. Relax from the large covered porch overlooking the pool or grill by the pool with the whole family.

The Space:
Gorgeous loft style 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Eat in kitchen with nice deck to enjoy breakfast and coffee outside that overlooks the pool and grilling areas. Located in Surfside Beach`s Golf Colony Resort, you will be only 1.3 miles from the Surfside Beaches and can live like you are on vacation all year long!

Guest Access:
You will have the whole condo to yourself with shared access to the pool with other guests and homeowners.

The Neighborhood:
Close enough to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is much quieter and more family friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will still be close to the Surfside Beaches, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. One of the best kept secrets in Surfside!

Getting Around:
Public parking is available at the Surfside Beach Pier as well as the other public beach access points in Surfside. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach State Park as well, which has a small fee to park for the day, but gets you access to easy parking, a snack bar, fishing pier and public restrooms.
