I ALSO UNDERSTAND NOW, HOW FLORIDA GETS ITS NAME AS THE "SUNSHINE " STATE. WE SHOPPED AROUND ALOT, UNTIL WE FOUND THIS CONDO, AND IT HAS IT ALL! LOCATION, SECURITY, CLEAN, FRIENDLY, NOTA LARGE CONDO ASS. GOOD RESTAURANTS ARE JUST MINUTES AWAY! PLUS GREAT SHOPPING AND BEAUTIFUL SANDY BEACHES! RIVER WALK, MARINA IS JUST ACROSS THE STREET! COME ENJOY THE GOOD LIFE!
