Luxurious fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the golf course from the master bedroom, living room and screened in private balcony. If you enjoy golfing and/or many fitness activities, quiet walks or just lounging by the pool, this condo and community can provide you with the perfect experience. Should you elect to purchase the optional membership transfer, it offers a 27-hole top rated professional golf course, hard-tru tennis courts, pickle ball courts, multiple pools with Tiki bar and private, fully equipped fitness centers. The club house provides an excellent dining experience including bar and outdoor seating. The condo has an elevator, extra private storage and assigned covered parking. You will be able to enjoy magnificently landscaped grounds, with jogging, biking, and walking paths, biking paths, softball fields, with heated pools, large 24 hour fitness centers with TVs, Jacuzzi, tiki-bar, an outstanding restaurant and gorgeous clubhouse. Condo has upscale amenities and furnishings including wood cabinets, granite counter, crown moldings, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, dining/ living room area, multiple screen HDTV with cable, an office area with desk, Wi-Fi and a large master suite with king bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, 2 full-size baths including an over-sized walk-in shower and a soaking tub, up-scale fixtures and separate washer and dryer in the unit.

Property is also located near Tampa, Sarasota, beaches and Anna Maria Island. The Pittsburgh Pirates, Baltimore Orioles, NY Yankee training facilities, IMG/Bollettieri Tennis Academy, Regatta-World Class Rowing, Professional Polo Club and a Soccer fields are nearby. Disney World, EPCOT center and Universal Studios in Orlando, among other resort destinations are less than two hours away. Don't forget to visit #1 rated beach Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota, with opera, symphony, ballet and theater all of which are a short distant away. Also located nearby are businesses, shopping, medical centers and many restaurants. This condo is no smoking. No pets are allowed.

Guests who book for 30 days or more are eligible to have the River Strand Golf & Country Club amenities membership transferred to them. This transfer is available upon request and requires an additional fee of $575, payable to the River Strand Golf & Country Club Administration office at the time of transfer. Transfer fee is subjected to change at any time without notice.

Rentals less than 30 days will not be eligible for the transfer and will not have access to the Country Club pools and recreational amenities.

Easy access, well equipped. Had everything that I needed. Furniture placement could be rearranged, bar stools in dining area cumbersome. Kitchen table and chairs made the kitchen feel small when I had guests. Generally a good place to stay.

Our stay at River Strand was exceptional. The owners were so accommodating, respectful of our privacy and prompt on any issues that arose. We could not have found hosts more gracious and kind. Good place for staying home

We arrived just before coronavirus crisis and enjoyed River Strand and Bardenton in their normal way which is very good. River Strand managed government coronavirus mandates by closing operations, but kept golf open. Between golf and nice walks we were able to enjoy our stay inspite of the crisis. We'll likely return someday.

Perfect condo for a couple

River Strand is a great vacation spot if you like to play golf and want a convenient location to the Tampa/Bradenton/Sarasota area. Condo is exactly as shown in pictures. Nicely furnished, well stocked for a long stay and comfortable. Condo is right for two or four adults. Community is geared towards adults but we did see some kids by the pool. Owners were terrific and very responsive to any issues. Condo is on the third floor but an assigned covered parking space is close to the elevator.

Cannot sing the praises enough from the wonderful owners to the cleanliness, to the location. We were on the third floor but the elevator was right there which was important because my husband has mobility issues. The condo had pots, pans, utensils, towels, sheets everything you might need.

We stayed in this condo for 17 days and was very at home form the time we walked in the door. Clean, tastefully decorated, wonderful location. The area pool was more than enough for us, very social around the pool, most people were our age and just there to relax and unwind. Location was perfect to lots of amenities and shopping was right on the doorstep (Ellenton outlet less than 10 minutes away, UTC 15 minutes away).

Many activities are organized for you in this community. You can meet neighbors and have fun without leaving the neighborhood. Centrally located near amenities but away from the high traffic areas. Upscale and/or outlet shopping within 15 minutes away. Many restaurants nearby as well as many sporting events. Downtown Sarasota and Bradenton within 30 minutes. Less than 20 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton airport and less than an hour from Tampa airport. Multiple beaches are nearby. Busch Garden, zoos, museums, aquariums, gardens and galleries less than an hour away locally, St. Pete and Tampa. Less than two hours from Disney World and Orlando. These are just some of the benefits of being in this area.
