Hello! I'm Maggie. I was born and raised in Columbus, OH (Go Bucks!). I am married with a goldendoodle named Cheeto and I'm part of a large family on both sides. My in-laws are from Bay Village/Avon Lake, OH and my immediate family still lives in Columbus, OH. My Dad was born and raised in Huron, OH so it holds a special place in our hearts and is where our property is located. We hope you enjoy!
Why they chose this property
**This home was newly remodeled and some of the pictures still reflect this. Remodeling will be finished in June 2020. Updated pictures will be posted as they come**
What makes this property unique
Through the original arched front door you will enter in to a spacious open concept floor plan with lots of natural light and plenty of room for entertaining. The first floor boasts a cozy living room/sun room area with a TV and fireplace that opens into the dining area with seating for 12 and the gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need! By way of the back hallway you will find a closest stocked with beach necessities and the grand family room with repurposed wood beams on the high ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, large smart TV and plenty of seating for the whole family. There is also a first floor bathroom and access to the backyard and patio with a brand new grill.
You can get to the second floor by way of two staircases - one at the front of the house and one at the back. The second floor houses all 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is also an intimate sitting area with an extra bed and large windows that makes a perfect place to curl up and read a book.
The third floor is a great space for kids or young adults to hang out. It is an open loft style floor plan with a full bathroom, kids table, lots of board games, a TV and a sleeping nook that comfortably sleeps 4.
