This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is updated and sparkling clean with new laminate floors in the entire house. Great for both traveling professionals (countertop and dining tables, high speed Wi-Fi available) and family gathering. 65" TV is hooked up with Comcast cable service. Enough beds can accept up to 9 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials and ingredients to cook a big meal. A spacious swimming pool and a barbecue grill would provide fun time to family and/or friend gatherings.
Disclosure of security devices: Three Ring security cameras are installed outside. One is on the front showing the entrance area. One is on the back outside of the master bedroom showing the porch area. The other is on the back overlooking the pool area. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

This was the perfect spot for a quick trip to Fresno. Super clean. We used the kitchen to cook meals and pots, pans, baking sheets were available. Beds were comfortable with TVs in every room. Garage access with garage door opener is very convenient. We will use this place again next year when we come back.

This home was exceptionally clean — probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with everything I needed.It does back onto two busy roads, so there was a bit of traffic noise, but it didn’t bother me much. The neighborhood felt very safe, check-in was smooth, and having access to the garage door opener during my stay was a great convenience.

Very nice!

Great property! The shower is a little short for my husband who is 6’3, and the mattresses were a little rough, but overall this is a great property. Highly recommend and will stay here again if the opportunity comes up!

The home is very clean and inviting. Having garage parking offered peace of mind. Great living space and bedrooms were spacious. The only complaint I’d have is the house backing up to Fowler Rd. is a main road and can be noisy. But worth the price.

Family Reunion

This is our 2nd stay at this location for an annual family reunion. The property is very clean and nicely set up. There are many thoughtful details throughout to help make the stay nice. The host responded quickly to questions we had prior to arriving - and the check in process was seamless. We will return.
