About this property

Aix-en-Provence, air-conditioned country house for 8 people in a green setting

We rent our bastide with swimming pool located in the St Miter district of Aix en Provence in a nice residential area of secure standing.
Our garden is very wooded, which brings the shade and freshness needed in summer.

The old town is 3 Kms.

For athletes, the 'Set Club' is nearby: tennis, 18-hole golf course ...
All shops within a radius of 1 km.
A bus service at the exit of the domain leads directly to the city center.

Opportunity to receive 2 families 4 adults and 2-4 children.

The house is 150 m2 on 700 m2 of land with 2 terraces, 1 covered and one with awning around the pool. The layout of the ground floor is new with large windows opening onto the outside, large living room dining room in L with fully equipped open kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms + a large landing with table football, 2 bathrooms , 2wc separated.

We provide bed linen and towels.
Cot for baby on request.

Outside a ping pong table, badminton.

We have a very nice cat who stays outside in our absence. Because of this, we can not accept holidaymakers with dogs.

Wonderfull home with perfect swimmingpool

We had a very nice stay in the summer of 2024. The house has all that you need for a perfect holiday. We especially enjoyes the BBQ and Swimmingpool.
