The ground level consists of three bedrooms, two fitted with Tri - Bunks and the other one with a queen-size bed accompanied with a modern yet generous sized family bathroom with shower and bath as well as double basin, separate laundry and second living room with Smart TV and accompanying ping pong table which opens onto an extensive rear outdoor area.

The upper level comprises of one spacious master bedroom with ensuite, king sized bed and built in robes, a very functional and updated kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, 900ml cook top and marble bench tops, a decked outdoor entertaining area with a 4 burner gas BBQ as well as a sleek dining area with seating for 10 which is perfect for those entertaining nights in.

The feature of this second level is the very comfy yet spacious second living area which features amazing ocean views over Bird Rock and back towards the Jan Juc Surf Beach, perfect for that morning coffee or relaxing afternoon. Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 1 – Friday 19th December to Friday 26th January
o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January
