Welcome to our inviting & spacious, dog-friendly Jan Juc home. Lightning fast Internet/Wi-Fi will keep everyone connected whether for work or play. Relax and unwind in this recently renovated seaside retreat, complete with ocean views from the large elevated back deck.
In keeping with the quiet street in this seaside location, our place is perfect for family/friend getaways and/or couples sharing.
Please note: Strictly NO Party-Event policy
No Schoolies, Bucks, Hens, 18th’s, 21st’s or large events (eg Golf Trips)
The space
Our fully fenced beach pad is located on a quiet and safe street (no through road) in the beautiful sought after Jan Juc. It’s the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind, with the patrolled Jan Juc surf beach, cliff-top walking tracks and Jan Juc Village only a short walk or drive with free parking.
Lightning fast Telstra 5G Internet connection ensures the family can be connected to the net for both work and play.
And if it’s hustle and bustle you crave then Torquay’s restaurants, pubs/breweries, cafes, famous surf shops or big chain supermarkets are just a few minutes away - we feel it’s the best of both worlds.
If golf is your thing you have access to the nearby beautiful RACV Resort or Torquay Sands, with 13th Beach only 20mins away also.
The Great Ocean Road is 200m from the front door, your decision is how much or how little do you want to do today?

Guests have complete access to the fully fenced property which is ideal for your pet.
The hot outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand and salt and to wash your “wetty”, before relaxing on the elevated deck with a cold drink.
You’ll never run out of gas with the large built-in BBQ, and on a cooler night the fire pit offers a great place to sit around and chill-out.
Other things to note
Our cleaning cost covers cleaning and all associated linen for your stay. Upon arrival be assured of a clean and beautifully presented home ready for your enjoyment.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure all dishes are cleaned & put away, including emptying the dishwasher.
Clean bbq so it is spotless for next guests (additional $100 fee will be charged otherwise)
Please close/lock windows and doors.
Ensure heating &/or cooling is off.
Turn lights off inside & out.
Use correct bins for your waste and take any excess rubbish away with you.
Please pack away all pool table balls in the rack, brush down the cloth and put cover back on for next guests.
Put blinds down in billiard room.
Return keys to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love the Surfcoast and have holiday’d here our whole lives, and it’s only a touch over an hour from Melbourne CBD.
Our house has been recently renovated with families, couples sharing and entertaining front of mind. Relaxing, spacious, close to beach, ocean views from the large elevated deck, games room/man cave recently added - it’s a great place to enjoy with friends and family to unwind on the Surfcoast……and bring your dog too!
