Beautiful 2 story guesthouse in Montrose, Houston's most walkable and hip neighborhood. Located directly across the street from Cherryhurst Park, this gem offers a quiet and private retreat, yet is walkable to scores of restaurants, bars and clubs.

The Museum District is a 15 minute walk. St. Thomas University is 10 minutes by foot. Downtown Houston is 1.4 miles away. Houston Galleria is 3 miles away. The Texas Medical Center and Rice University are 1.75 miles away.

A modern kitchen and living room are located on the ground floor. Living room features 55 inch LED SmartTV and a sofa which converts into a queen bed. Kitchen is fully stocked for those who like to cook or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. There is a table with room for 6 in the kitchen. Washer and dryer are located on ground floor. The yard is fenced with a private entrance, shade trees, a hammock and a small dining table.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private balcony. The shared bathroom has a tub with a shower.

Across the street is Cherryhurst Park, a community park with tennis courts and canopying 100-year old oak trees. The guest house comes with tennis racquets for our guests' enjoyment.
