Welcome to this charming bungalow located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. This cute fully remodeled home built in 1914 is fully equipped with everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay. Perfect for visitors traveling for business, vacation, or just need a quick getaway. Guests will find themselves with NO CAR NEEDED due to its convenient location and will enjoy exploring everything Salt Lake has to offer.

*We welcome Small Dogs (sub35lb) $50/night. If greater than 35lb, go ahead & message me. The fee will be billed after confirmed booking.

Our host was extremely attentive and quick with communication. Our group was in town for a conference and this was the perfect home base. Very walkable and a very cozy place to debrief every evening. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, including laundry! Would absolutely recommend this stay.

This was a great property for my team of 5 to stay in while attending a conference at a downtown hotel. It was clean, the beds were VERY comfortable and we easily found everything that we needed for our stay. It was easy to take the train from the airport while we could have walked, Ubers were quick and convenient to get where we needed to go. I would completely recommend this property for friends, a family or close work colleagues to stay while enjoying Salt Lake City!

Cute property! Clean and stocked with good amount of dishes, etc. Property is about a 30 minute walk from temple square/city creek mall, so we mostly used uber. I’d stay again.

Lovely house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and comfortable. Feedback for improvement would be more utensils, wine glasses, and sharp knives. We planned to cook but the tools for that were rather limited. Otherwise, the house was lovely.
