Relax in Tranquil Tindaya with Heated Pool and Great Views

On the edge of the village of Tindaya, La Oliva, with unspoilt views to the sea and mountains, Casa Kira was totally renovated from January to March 2020. Quiet location with fantastic views. Private heated salt water swimming pool, large terrace and garden, central courtyard accessible from all rooms, roof terrace, BBQ area. Amazing star filled skies at night. 20 minutes from the airport, Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario. 15 minutes to El Cotillo. 3km to the nearest coast.
The master bedroom is en suite, while the second bathroom is next to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which can also serve as heating. A baby cot is available on request, as is a high chair. Wonderful views of Montana de Tindaya from the kitchen and from the roof top and to the front of the house views to the sea, just 3km away.

Wonderful property and owners. Cannot rate this place high enough. High spec property with such stunnning views. Everything you need for a home from hime stay. Will definitely be returning if the lively owners allow.

Perfect stay in a beautiful villa

Wow! The most beautiful villa in peaceful surroundings and stunning scenery but perfectly located to access nearby towns, beaches etc. with the hire car. Me and my partner have stressful corporate jobs in the UK and this was exactly the break we needed, we didn’t want to leave! Villa is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need… a real “home from home” with lovely touches. The hosts were also amazing, so helpful and accessible on WhatsApp whenever you needed anything. Could not recommend this place enough!! Thank you so much for the best experience.

Wie zu Hause gefühlt

Ein tolles Haus, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Super sauber und eine schöne Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Umgebung. Perfekter Kontakt; sogar Obst, Toiletten Papier, Sekt, Kaffee, Müllbeutel etc ausreichend vorhanden. Kurz: besser geht es nicht!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der charmanten Villa Kira verbracht. Der schöne Aussenbereich, der Innenhof, das Dach haben zu jeder Tageszeit tolle Aussenplätze geboten. Die unverbaute Sicht beim ersten Kaffee auf dem Dach wunderbar. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Ein Auto ist absolut von Vorteil. Die Villa Kira ist ein guter Standort um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Ort Tindaya ist beschaulich, bietet aber mit Minimercado und einer Käserei auch alles für einen Einkauf auf kurzem Weg. Die Kommunikation mit Gerry war perfekt. Danke auch an Simon für die perfekte Poolpflege. Wir haben den Aufenhalt in der Villa Kira sehr genossen und werden sehr gern wieder kommen.

Superbe et calme

Très belle propriété au calme et avec son charme canariens, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et sympathique. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous recommandons cet endroit.

Why they chose this property

Built around a central courtyard/patio which is accessible from all rooms, the house is airy and full of light. We bought this house because it is where we will eventually retire, my partner having spent his childhood in Fuerteventura, which is our favourite island in the Canaries. We live in Gran Canaria but spend many holidays and weekends here when it is not being rented.

What makes this property unique

From the photos we saw before buying the property I wasn't really interested in viewing it, but when the front door opened and in front of me I saw through to the (then bare) central patio/courtyard I fell in love with it, and imagined how it could look. The sun shines on the pool area all day, and for part of the day on the central patio, so this is the place to enjoy some shade while remaining outdoors. The first night I saw the sky full of stars, uninterrupted by city lights, was amazing and still continues to amaze. On a clear evening around sunset, there are even views to Mount Teide on Tenerife through the front window. The nearest coastal area just 3kms away is also a lovely spot to enjoy the sunset
