Beautiful loft within two blocks of Lovejoy Bakery, Starbucks, Safeway, Hairy Lobster, Piazza Italia and numerous other restaurants a few blocks away. On Streetcar line. Has a patio opening onto a rooftop garden with trees and flowers. Parking space in gated garage, garbage chute down the hall, and well appointed gym down the hall. Queen bed with new memory foam mattress. Large Smart HDTV. Fast WiFi. Central heat and air. Great gym in building. There is a strict no smoking policy in the HOA and hefty fines if a resident smokes in the building, the balconies, the garage or near the building. NON SMOKERS ONLY PERMITTED TO BOOK THIS UNIT
